If you are buying a graded card, the slab may have minor surface scratching and/or fingerprints from normal handling at card shows, but will be free of major scratching or other issues unless noted.
We DO NOT do shipping adjustments unless you have more than $6 of total shipping, and we generally cap shipping at $8 unless there's a very large order. All shipping adjustments are at our discretion.
