• We do not accept returns, please be sure before you buy!
• For events, if a cancellation happens within 24 hours of the event we do not refund the purchase.
• In the event of a refund for any reason except a mistake on our end, we refund the value minus a 3% processing fee that is taken by Shopify.
• If you drop off cards for potential sales and you decide not to buy, you must pick up your cards within 14 days.
• If you order an item and do not pick it up within 14 days we may refund it at our discretion.
  
• We may use stock photos on our website for singles and sealed products. If you purchase you will get the product in the stated condition, but keep in mind it may not be exactly the same product as in a stock photo.
• Pre-order policy
  • We set up pre-orders when we receive our allocation of product from the distributor. This is usually the week before a product launches.
  • We generally do not ship pre-orders and limit to in-store pickup.
  • We may limit quantity of pre-orders to avoid one person buying our entire stock.
