- We do not accept returns, please be sure before you buy!
- For events, if a cancellation happens within 24 hours of the event we do not refund the purchase
- In the event of a refund for any reason except a mistake on our end, we refund the value minus a 3% processing fee that is taken by Shopify
- If you drop off cards for potential sales and you decide not to buy, you must pick up your cards within 30 days
- If you order an item and do not pick it up within 30 days we may refund it at our discretion
- The website price is always the correct price. We do not always physically reprice things in store but we continuously update prices in our system.
- Pre-order policy
- We set up pre-orders when we receive our allocation of product from the distributor. This is usually the week before a product launches.
- We generally do not ship pre-orders and limit to in-store pickup.
- We may limit quantity of pre-orders to avoid one person buying our entire stock.
